The testnet upgrade to v0.13.0 has been completed successfully. The Schedule Transactions feature has not been enabled; it's expected to be enabled on testnet in a subsequent v0.13.1 update on April 29th. The upgrade will take approximately 2 hours to complete, during which time all network services on the Hedera Testnet will be offline. Please note the upcoming account creation fee changes at https://hedera.com/blog/account-creation-fee-increase-and-fee-change-processes This upgrade should not affect your project’s compatibility or data. As a precaution, we always recommend preserving project data prior to any Testnet upgrade.
