Hedera will be upgrading and restarting the testnet on Monday, November 18th at 21:30 UTC. The upgrade will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, during which time all network services on the Hedera testnet will be offline. The update reflects configuration adjustments to the Hedera Smart Contract service. This will allow an individual smart contract to have a state size of 1MB (it was previously 800KB), allowing it to store up to approximately 16,000 key-value pairs.
