The Hedera testnet will be offline until Friday, December 6th UTC (estimate), while it undergoes further maintenance. During the recent testnet upgrade, transaction signing keys were incorrectly named, resulting in the signing of files and transactions by incorrect keys. During this maintenance period, Hedera will correctly name the signing keys and re-sign all files and transactions starting from the end of the last upgrade to now.
