Hedera will be performing a testnet upgrade to v0.25.1 on Tuesday, April 26th at 16:00 UTC for 30 minutes. During this time the testnet and its services will be offline.
Upon completing the v0.25.0 testnet upgrade, Hedera discovered a bug which prevents nodes from properly reconnecting automatically, resulting in unplanned downtime. A patch has been created and included in the v0.25.1 upgrade.
