Hedera will be upgrading and restarting the mainnet on Tuesday, November 19th at 19:30 UTC. The upgrade will take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which time all network services on the Hedera mainnet will be offline. The update reflects configuration adjustments to the Hedera Smart Contract service. This will allow an individual smart contract to have a state size of 1MB (it was previously 800KB), allowing it to store up to approximately 16,000 key-value pairs.
